Why Might You Need Orthopaedic Surgery?
Orthopaedic surgery may be recommended when an injury, accident, or chronic musculoskeletal condition causes ongoing pain, instability, weakness, or loss of function that does not improve with conservative treatment. Patients suffering from injuries after a car accident, motorcycle accident, truck accident, workplace injury, sports injury, or slip and fall accident often require evaluation by an orthopaedic surgeon to determine whether surgical intervention is necessary. Conditions affecting the bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and spine can significantly impact mobility and quality of life when left untreated.
At Affiliated Healthcare Centers, our orthopaedic specialists provide comprehensive orthopedic evaluations, advanced diagnostic imaging, surgical consultations, and post-operative rehabilitation for patients throughout Miami-Dade County and South Florida. Whether you are experiencing chronic knee pain, shoulder injuries, hip pain, torn ligaments, fractures, herniated discs, or degenerative joint disease, our team develops personalized treatment plans designed to relieve pain, restore mobility, and help you return to your normal activities as quickly and safely as possible.
